- Lead administration, optimization and workflow design for Epic Ambulatory and revenue-cycle processes across clinical operations, billing, scheduling and claims.
- Led implementation and migration for a new EMR build, through go-live and stabilization.
- Lead automation with Epic Data Courier and Order Transmittal that cut manual work and application errors.
- Provide leadership for application security governance, access controls and analyst development.

- Led the rapid rollout of telehealth billing and scheduling workflows during COVID-19, scaling virtual care to more than 1,500 visits a day.
- Built SQL reports and dashboards for operational and application performance.
